ITSI 2009  formal  publication is still very relevant in 2013  and inexpensive .Released in Dec 2009 online pdf  and 2010  in bookstores world wide.. Just change ' the term 'incoterms 2000' to imply 'incoterms 2010'    as defined in the doctrine and that's it.. even with ICC incoterms delivery rules changed in 2010 when the book was placed on the shelf - with the rule change, such   did not change the formidable nature of the doctrine in anyway as we already had a draft copy on the new incoterms a year earlier  and hence the doctrine will remain very valid   for many years.  So yes ? The big question asked  by many? The ITSI doctrine is the only publication -there are no later editions. This business is complex and takes time to learn measured in months and years, even to be able to speak to us to  matters pertaining to a transaction of which we trash daily. I.e: 'My friend has crude oil in Dubia and I am new to this business.Can you help me.'  No we can't .
 
If you had studied the FTN  doctrine you would have not sent  us such an e-mail. 'We seek co-operation with FTN exporting',  is also a common approach  in where big names of supplier are mentioned,  in where once we give reply, Idiotic LOI,  ICPO,ASWP offer prevail meaning that the entity making the inquiry did not even bother to find out who we are, and why such flawed trading applications must not be used by a intermediary. In matters of  publication purchase.

The other ploy is " we are interested in mentoring',  e-mails just to get my/our  attention. As if the information i have given over the  decades  is not enough. If you did not understand the offer made regarding the publications being sold , then simply put, perhaps this business may be too difficult for you to attempt studying, as  a reasonable understanding of the English language is needed.  In an effort to keep our sanity FTN Exporting does not provide confidential direct phone numbers or mailing address online. Such information is only provided to SMICE agents.  All urgent inquiries  regarding publications purchase must be made via e-mail . Not even corporate supplier on end buyers get such until a commodity contract is in place. For all matters of an actual deal , try a registered URPIB or SMICE agent . No reply assured, as all road lead back to me, and SMICE agents will not bother me with idiotic inquiries.  All e-mails to FTN are  read but response is not assured.We are simply inundated.
